About The Canada Games
Nova Scotia will host the 2011 Canada Games, Canada’s ultimate inter-provincial and territorial sporting competition, from February 11 - 27, 2011.
The 2011 Canada Games will be the largest sporting event in Halifax's history and the city's first Canada Winter Games. More than 2,700 of our country's best and brightest will come to compete in over 20 sports, attracting thousands of visitors, VIP's, officials and media.
The 2011 Canada Games Host Society would like to invite everyone in Nova Scotia, not just everyone associated with the Games, but everyone, to join in and wear Gameswear every Friday from now until the Games. Wearing Gameswear on Fridays is a great way to demonstrate that Nova Scotia is proud to host the 2011 Canada Games and an easy way to show your support and community spirit.
